Current and former NFL coaches, referees, scouts, training staff, and all office employees who received a paycheck from the NFL or a NFL team are eligible. Available to anyone outside of a former player who has worked for the NFL, NFL Teams, or NFL Alumni

All former NFL cheerleaders who performed at a minimum of one game are eligible to become a member of NFL Alumni. Cheerleader memberships are valid for two years at $50 per year.
